Moving to a new house? Changed your phone number? It is vital that your personal information is kept up to date so that your tax details, payslips, and pension correspondences are sent to the correct place.

At The Compleat Food Group, you can update your personal details at any time using our HR system, UKG Ready. You do not need a company email address to do this; you can access it easily from your personal mobile phone or a home computer.

How to Update Your Details via the UKG Ready Mobile App

If you are working on the factory floor or do not have a company computer, using the mobile app is the quickest method.

  1. Log In: Open the UKG Ready app on your smartphone and enter your employee login credentials.

  2. Navigate to Profile: Tap the Main Menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top-left corner).

  3. Go to My Info: Select My Info > My Profile > Profile.

  4. Edit Details: Scroll down to the Address or Contact Information section and tap the Edit (pencil) icon.

  5. Save Changes: Enter your new details carefully and tap Save in the top-right corner.

How to Update Your Details via a Web Browser

If you have access to a computer or tablet, you can use the web portal.

  1. Go to the TCFG UKG Ready login page: [Insert TCFG UKG Ready Portal Link]

  2. On your dashboard, click on the My Info tab on the left-hand navigation panel.

  3. Click on My Profile, then select Personal Information.

  4. Click Edit next to the section you wish to update (e.g., Home Address).

  5. Input your new information and click Submit for Approval/Save.

⚠️ Important Payroll Cut-Off Notice:

To ensure your next payslip reflects your new address, please ensure all changes are submitted in UKG Ready by the 10th of the month. Any changes made after this date may not take effect until the following payroll cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Do I need to notify HR separately after updating UKG Ready?

    No. Once you save your changes in UKG Ready, our HR Shared Services and Payroll systems are automatically updated.

  • How do I change my bank details?

    For security reasons, changing bank details cannot be done via standard self-service. Please submit a secure request via the HR Portal under the "Payroll Enquiries" form.

  • I cannot log into UKG Ready, what should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password or are locked out, please scan the HR QR code on your site noticeboard to submit a login reset request to the HR Shared Services team.
